A re-examination will be free for 2nd attempt, if not pass retake the course is a must with 50% discount which will be detailed on our website or by contacting our administration.

9. What about the installment terms and conditions
- Payment: Participant agrees to pay the total course fee in three installments as per details (First Payment-Due upon signing this form (Non-refundable)-(Second Payment: Due by April 1, 2024 )-(Last Payment :Due before course certificate issuance)
- Late Payments: if a payment is more than 7 days late, the 20% discount applied to the total course fee will be revoked. The participant will then be responsible for paying the full, non-discounted course fee in addition to any late fees accrued.
- Refund Policy: The first installment is non-refundable. Refunds for subsequent installments will only be considered in exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of Qualified.
- Course Access: Course access will be granted upon receipt of the first installment.
- Certificate: Course certificate will be issued upon successful completion of the course and full payment of all installments.
